Spending my Easter break at this hotel was a great idea! I loved the comfortable and clean rooms and the delicious breakfast buffet. The staff was very accommodating and always had a friendly smile. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the harbor for whale watching tours and with parking available just across the street.
On the negative side, it would have been helpful to have been informed about the night locking of the front door. I had to ask other guests for help in finding an alternative entrance, as there was no staff at reception during the night.

Location is great as it is very close to the town center, restaurants, and the ferry port to Senja. the hotel is also located in a popular restaurant where we dined two years ago.
The breakfast could have been better for the price paid.

The breakfast was good and had a fair selection of food. the hotel was conveniently located near to some of the shops in the area and offered free parking, which was great because we had rented a car. the staff was friendly and helpful during the check-in.
Our room was too small for comfort, and the bed was not very comfortable either.

Its location was perfect, as it was close to everything in the city. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were very clean and tidy. the breakfast was tasty and there was plenty of choice.
